SOCIAL EAZE
For young adolescents ages 17-21 with social anxiety
SOCIAL EAZE is designed to help young adults overcome the challenges of social anxiety. Group members will:
- Learn cognitive-behavioral techniques to manage anxious thoughts
- Practice social skills in a safe, supportive environment
- Develop strategies for initiating and maintaining conversations
- Work on building self-confidence and positive self-image
- Learn relaxation and mindfulness techniques to reduce anxiety
- Explore ways to challenge negative self-talk and cognitive distortions
Through role-playing, group discussions, and structured exercises, participants will gradually build the confidence to navigate social situations with greater ease.
